What's the difference 'up to 8 people including those who have completed vaccination' and up to 4 people social gathering?

 The social distancing adjustment plan will be implemented for two weeks (October 18-31).

 

By simplifying complex private meeting standards, acceptability is increased, and restrictions on private meetings for those who have completed vaccination are relaxed. In the stage 4 area, at all multi-use facilities, regardless of time, up to 4 people who are not vaccinated and up to 8 people including those who have been vaccinated.

Restrictions on business hours will be relaxed or lifted for some livelihood facilities in order to resolve the difficulties of self-employed and small business owners due to extended business hours restrictions.

Level 4 local reading rooms, study cafes, performance halls, and movie theaters also limit their business hours to 22:00, but this will be relaxed until 24:00. In the case of direct sales promotion centers for door-to-door sales, etc., the 22:00 operating hours limit is lifted in steps 3 and 4.

At the current stage 4,games must be run without spectators, but if only spectators who have been vaccinated are allowed, up to 20% of the capacity indoors and up to 30% of the capacity outdoors are allowed at stage 3.

Large-scale sports competitions were also prohibited in Stage 4, but they can be held if the minimum number of people participates, such as those who have completed inoculation.

For weddings, the incentives for those who have completed inoculation will be expanded in consideration of the increase in the completion rate of inoculation and difficulties in the field. In steps 3 and 4, adjust so that up to 250 people (49 people + 201 people who have completed inoculation) regardless of whether they eat or not.

Religious facilities will increase the number of worship services centering on those who have completed inoculation, but the prohibition of small groups, meals, and accommodations will be maintained. The upper limit of 99 people will be lifted in the 4th stage area, and it will be adjusted so that it can be up to 10% of the total occupancy or up to 20% when only those who have completed inoculation are configured.

The accomodation operation restrictions (operating up to 3/4 of the 3rd stage and 2/3 of the 4th stage) that have been applied to the 3rd and 4th lodging facilities will be lifted.
