In addition, even if social distancing for the gradual recovery of daily life is eased, basic quarantine rules such as wearing a mask are expected to be maintained.

The government plans to impose compulsory deportation measures for non-violating foreigners in accordance with the zero tolerance principle, and to take strict measures such as accusation, suspension of operation, and fines for violating companies.


First Superintendent Lee Ki-il said, "I urge the public to refrain from taking off masks, partying with a large number of people, or singing in a closed facility where there is a high risk of infection."


He also introduced the contents, saying, “The government intensively discussed the phased recovery of daily life that will be applied from November at the second meeting of the Corona 19 Daily Recovery Support Committee.”
